Our recipes are original to DJ’s. We rotate with the seasons to take full advantage to the ingredients available. Come back and try something new every visit.
FARM FRESH
Each menu item is made to order using only the freshest of ingredients. We’ve got locally sourced meats, veggies from our garden, and organic cheeses from our animals. You’ll want to come visit again to test out more menu items
Brick
We use a brick oven to cook all our menu items. From our pizzas to our pies, you’ll taste the unique flavors that a brick oven can bring out of our ingredients.
